    NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), McClellan Park, Ca, 95652, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, for services and maintenances contract supporting the Auditorium audio-visual system and equipment. Contractor shall provide a turnkey solution providing all required service, proprietary licenses, and maintenance support visits. Contractor will provide only Crestron (and Crestron supportable) brand name service solution and equivalent. The contractor shall be a Crestron Certified partner to perform the work. The Contractor shall provide remote network access assistance to the system and users needs within 5 business hours after request. Vendor will supply web-based portal as to allow interfacing operations for ticket creations, information, and progress. Vendor will supply laptop (to be hosed in the Technology Office) hosting their proprietary software programming and troubleshooting capabilities. A technician will visit the site bi-annually (for up to one week total each visit) to do a whole AV system checkup, to include software updates, and firmware as needed. The contractor will provide turnkey support for any equipment RMA operations covered under this contract. Place of performance is Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), 6900 N Pecos Rd North Las Vegas, NV, 89086. Authority, FAR Part 813.106-1(b) Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Soliciting from a Single Source. Applicable NAICS: 334310, IT and Telecom End User Support Services: Conferencing, AV, Helpdesk, Deskside Support, Workspace, Printers, Collaboration and Productivity Tools (Labor). This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract on or around March 31, 2025, to Four Points Technology, LLC, 13221 Woodland Park Road, Suite 400 Herndon, VA 20171 UEI # H1KHJPJH9R51, Cage Code: 1YS78. Estimated Period of performance: April 01st, 2025 to March 31, 2026. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
