Mod 1 was approved April 25, 2023, to increase the CARTS/R/M ceiling and exercise opton year 1 (OYl). Mod 2 is being executed due to the intent to exercise option year 2 (OY2) of the DeCA CARTS R/M contract and update the details for related procurements. Mod 3 is being executed due to the intent to exercise OY3 of the DeCA CARTS R/M contract and update the details for related procurements.
