This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award.
The work shall be completed at SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan facilities at a place to be determined by port operations. Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs, issued by NAVSUP FLCY C200. Firms who do not possess an active U.S MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award. (See Section A in Socilitation document)
