DELTA 8 10 SOPS MATRIX SWITCH

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA255026Q0016 is issued as a RFQ for two S24530BX-661-D2 and one SPK-S24530BFX-1 Spares kit for use with the ground system antennas for Delta 8 10 SOPS.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

See attachment 4 - SF 1449 for the date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point and a list of the applicable provisions and clauses that apply to the requirement.

Please note Sections L and M in the SF 1449 as they have specific submission instructions and evaluation criteria.
