This sources sought under NAICS 513210 is for the acquisition of the Oracle Premier Care License Subscription in support of Mission Delta 8/10 SOPS' continued operations of the Integrated Satellite Control System (ISCS) and Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Satellite Systems.

Mission Delta 8/10 SOPS is responsible for the maintenance of Government owned computer systems at two CONUS Government operated locations. Both the ISCS and MUOS systems were built utilizing Oracle equipment, which is proprietary to Oracle.
