Delta 8 10 SOPS has a requirement for the purchase of OS/COMET software maintenance to support all existing software installations and licensing. Also attached is the draft sole source J&A that identifies Peraton Inc. as the sole source provider of the software and maintenance on the software.

Please reply to this sources sought with the answers to the following questions.
