DEMOLITION B436 O'MALLEY INN

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4600-25-Q-0065 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

This solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238910. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for the demolition of B436, O’Malley Inn for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide building demolition services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement document.

APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS

This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Offerors shall return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors and any additional fill-in provisions.

SITE VISIT DATE AND TIME

A site visit will be conducted on 14 August 2025 at 09:00 AM CDT. All prospective contractors will meet at building 436 on Offutt AFB, NE. Those without access to the installation shall submit a Screening and Pass Request no later than FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO SITE VISIT to the below listed contract administrators. Due to the presence of hazardous material, contractors are encouraged to bring personally protective equipment (PPE). The Government will not be providing PPE for this site visit.

QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME

All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing by 21 August 2025 at 11:00 AM CDT. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov as soon as readily available.
