DEMOLITION OF TWO (2) BUILDINGS AND TWO (2) GARAGES, CHIEVRES AIR BASE, BELGIUM

Description of services:  demolition of two (2) buildings and two (2) garages, level the ground, and place grass of any type native to Belgium in the newly cleared areas.

Buildings consist of metal structure, roof, skylights, walls inside & outside, insulations, electricity, HVAC, and sectional doors. Demolition includes removal of all foundations, steels, concrete slab until natural ground level and sawing of the concrete slab around the perimeter of the building,

Width: +-12.6m – 15m
Length: +-12.0m – 12.5m
Height: +-4.3m – 5m and +-5m – 6m
Garages consist of concrete prefabricated structure, roof, sectional doors, all equipment are hanged to the building. Demolition includes removal of all foundations, steels, concrete slab until natural ground level and removal concrete ramps in front the access sliding doors.

Location: Chievres Air Base, Belgium.

The Regional Contracting Office – Benelux announces its intention to issue an oral solicitation for demolition services at Chievres Air Base, Belgium. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter who is found responsible in accordance with RFO FAR 9.104. The anticipated award date is on or about 30 June 2026. All sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
