The OPS requirement is now being competed exclusively among eligible contractors under the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in accordance with FAR 16.505 ordering procedures.
Phase I (Opt-In Eligibility Confirmation) has been issued to eligible OASIS+ SDVOSB contract holders within the applicable domain through the OASIS+ ordering platform.
