This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract. This acquisition is procured under NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. The Government intends to award to one (1) responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all required terms and conditions, to include all required representations and certifications, meets all requirements set forth in the RFP, and provides the best value to the Government based on the results of the evaluation as described in Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. In accordance with FAR 36.204(h) and DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A site visit is scheduled for this project.
