DESIGN AND BUILD

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research and seeking sources to provide a design-build project for an addition of a steel trash rack, fix/attach existing steel security gate to culvert structure and repairs to Toro Creek bridge/box culvert (Fac. #900) in Fort Buchanan Installation.

This Sources Sought is requesting responses to the following criteria that can provide the required services. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 237310 is “Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction” with the corresponding size standard of $45.0 Million.

The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type.

SUBMISSION DETAILS: Vendors who wish to respond to these sources sought should send responses via email NLT 1 July 2025, 10:00am San Juan, Puerto Rico Time to Mr. Harvey Odom at harvey.odom.civ@army.mil and Mr. Felix Marrero felix.r.marrero2.civ@army.mil

Interested vendors should submit a brief capabilities statement (5-pages max) demonstrating the ability to perform the required services. Submissions must include:

• Business name and address
• Name of company representative, their business title and email address
• Type of Business
• CAGE Code and UEI

This documentation must address at a minimum the following items:

1. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?
2. What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the services?
