Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a competitive 100% total small business set-aside for a "Design-Build" construction contract to design and Repair Mass Notification and Fire Alarm system B821 and B870 at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station (MSP-ARS), Minnesota. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract. This acquisition is procured under NAICS code 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $25M. Please reference Section L for proper preparation and submission of proposals. The Government intends to award to one (1) responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all required terms and conditions, to include all required representations and certifications, meets all requirements set forth in the RFP, and provides the best value to the Government based on the results of the evaluation as described in Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. In accordance with FAR 36.204(h) and DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A site visit is scheduled for this project.
