All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the expense of the respondent. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Federal Government and will not be returned. CBP is seeking information from interested vendors that could provide sufficient jail space of up to 50 daily beds for males and females on weekends. Responses are due no later than February 13, 2025, at 5:00 P.M ET. Responses must be submitted via e-mail in MS Word or Adobe PDF format to Contract Specialist, Amoz Samuel, at amoz.j.samuel@cbp.dhs.gov. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Amoz Samuel at amoz.j.samuel@cbp.dhs.gov. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers as an addendum to this RFI on SAM.gov. Therefore, questions should not include proprietary or classified information.
