    Description

    CAMIN is a system used to maintain toxic chemical munitions and bulk agent (TCM/BA) accountability data in accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense (DOD), Department of the Army (DA), and Army Material Command (AMC-R 740- 28), to store Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) reporting data and generate documentation in formats described in the CWC. Through the CAMIN, CMA accesses a database developed for the U.S. Army and its Executive Agent for Chemical Treaty Compliance (EA-CTC), and generates treaty required documentation. This contract will provide services to the Stockpile Management Office (SMO) fulfillment of chemical treaty requirements for the center for treaty Implementation and Compliance (formerly the Executive Agent for Chemical Treaty Compliance) in the main areas of:(1) Program Management (2), Cybersecurity (3) Meetings, Reports and Materials (4) System Maintenance (5) Technical Support Services (6) Training/Certification and (7) Demobilization and Retirement.
