    Update 12 June 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Remove paragraph for Contaminated Waste 2. Update paragraph for Unscheduled Pickups 3. Update Period of Performance dates 4. Update numbering of evaluation factors in FAR 52.212-2 Addendum 5. Extend the date specified for receipt of offer to 17 June 2025, 10:00 am HST -------------------- The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Bridge (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii has a requirement to provide pickup and disposal of food waste at Government-owned dining facilities located at Schofield Barracks (SB), Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), East Range Military Range Military Reservation, and Tripler Army Medical Center on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform pickup and disposal of food waste at Government-owned dining facilities located at Schofield Barracks (SB), Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), East Range Military Range Military Reservation, and Tripler Army Medical Center on the Island of Oahu. Background: This is a recurring requirement currently serviced under contracts W912CN-23-D0003 and W912CN-20-P-0095 awarded to ECO FEEDS, INC. Contract Set aside: This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is estimated to be 1 Apr 2025 – 31 Mar 2026 plus four (4) one-year options. RCO Hawaii will be issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) for DFAC Food Waste Pick-up and Disposal Services for DPW/TAMC on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for quote (RFQ). The RFQ will be posted on or about 7 March 2025. The RFQ and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov). Upon release of the RFQ, potential vendors will be encouraged to submit questions and/or recommendations regarding the terms and conditions of the RFQ and/or the associated documents. All timely submissions will be reviewed and the final RFQ may contain changes as a result of any input received. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective vendors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 562111 Solid Waste Collection. The size standard for NAICS 624190 is $47M.
