DIGITAL DISPLAY SCREEN FOR THE AMERICAN CENTER, KOLKATA

The U.S. Consulate General in Kolkata, India is looking for a seller/supplier for delivery and installation of a Digital Display Screen for the American Center in Kolkata, situated in the state of West Bengal, India.  

Technical specifications:

• Screen size: Length: 120-200 inches
• Height (including stand): 100-120 inches
• Diagonal: 130-150 inches 
• All in one LED display.
• HDMI out, audio out, HDMI inx4, USB port, LAN, and IR extension.
• Standalone screen with in-built motorized stand and 360-degree wheels.
• There should be a control panel to adjust the height of the screen.
• Foldable screen for enhanced mobility.
• Ready for instant use.
• The screen should be able to display multiple content in a single screen.
• Vendor is responsible for delivery and installation of the screen.
• Post delivery and installation of the screen, the vendor will provide a demonstration and hands-on training on usage of the screen to U.S. Consulate General Kolkata staff.  
• Example model: View Sonic (LDS 138-151) foldable or EQUAL.

Note: The above specifications and example brand/model are only salient features for understanding of the requirements. Any similar brand/model can be offered. The Contractor shall be required to complete the supply and installation of the digital screen within 30 calendar days from the date the purchase order is issued to the winning bidder. The bidder shall furnish all the information of the product offered and necessary requirements for installation at site and shall include all costs in their quotation.
