DIGITAL K-6 STUDENT LEARNING PORTFOLIO

This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.DoDEA requires a cloud-based digital, commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS), ready-to-deploy, turnkey K-6 learning portfolio to capture K-6 student work systemwide. DoDEA intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.501(a), a sole source acquisition under the authority of the special
program for commercial supplies or services. Only one responsible entity can meet DoDEA’s requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy theagency’s requirements. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The period ofperformance will consist of a 10 month base and (2) 1 month Option Months..
