DIRECT SUPPLY NATURAL GAS-CENTRAL REGION

This is a synopsis prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2.

NAICS Code 211130 – Natural Gas Extraction.  This announcement does not constitute the solicitation.

DLA Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE604-25-R-0402 for the Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the states of Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning October 1, 2025. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement is 15,309,971 dekatherms (dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s). The Government intends to issue the solicitation on a full and open competition basis, using commercial procedures (FAR Part 12) in combination with the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process (FAR Part 15).
