It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $15,000,000. The requirement is 100 percent Small Business set aside and the Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside determination. NLEC requires procurement of 50 seats for DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) to train our facilitators in two separate sessions (April and September). DISC is a quick and intuitive way for our enlisted sailors to understand themselves and others using DiSCa simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles: D, I, S, and C. DISC is currently taught in NLECs ELD Courses. Due to the level of impact, DISC is required for enlisted leaders for both self-awareness and awareness of others.
