The potential commercialization of the technology developed under the proposed partnership is also a priority objective. Interested and capable firms are highly encouraged to provide a white paper as requested herein. Please limit it to no more than 5 pages, fewer is completely acceptable. NAICS and PSC are not specified at this time. Please see attached RFI.
