    The Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, supervision, expertise, and resources in establishing Board-Certifed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services for Fort Stewart Community Schools designed to meet each student’s individualized education program (IEP) and/or individualized health plan (IHP).
