DODEA STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SECURITY SERVICES PROGRAM (STSSP) TRAINING - PACIFIC (JAPAN/KOREA/GUAM)

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0001 is to:

1. Update 52.212-1 ADDENDUM INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS verbiage under C. Quote Content and Format Instructions (pg. 48), to remove the requirement for a Signed SF 30, as this is a combined synopsis/solicitation and form SF 30 is not applicable.
2. To publish/provide Questions & Answers received by initial Submission of Questions due date of 29 April 2025.
3. To extend the initial Submission of Questions due date from 29 April 2025 to 13 May 2025, to allow for any potential additional Questions & Answers.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions outlined in the combined synopsis/solicitation remains unchanged and in full force and effect.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: HE125425QE045 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 611430 and the small business size standard is $15.0 M.

Please review all attachments to this combined solicitation carefully. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure for the base year, four (4) option years and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, are attached as well as a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and the dates and places of delivery and acceptance.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and is included by reference. The 52.212-1 Addendum to Paragraph (b) is incorporated by full text.

Offerors shall submit questions concerning this solicitation, electronically, NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Tuesday, 29 April 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be considered for a response.

Quotes must be submitted via email NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m EDT, Tuesday, 20 May 2025 in response to this solicitation.
