The USDOE/NNSA intends on awarding an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Reimbursement Fixed Fee type contract with a 5-year period-of-performance. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NNSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
