The requirement will result in the award of two (2) firm-fixed price Multiple Award IDIQs with on/off-ramp provisions. The IDIQs will include a base year plus seven (7) option years with an overall program ceiling capacity of $320,000,000 across all IDIQs awarded. Task Orders will be awarded under competitive procedures (Fair opportunity) to the lowest price, responsible offeror.
