    Description

    The USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center has a requirement for the dredging of Pond 3 and one chlorine contact tank (concrete basin). The specific dredging includes, but not limited to the following:

    - Dredge entire pond to remove settlements, remove settlements from tanks (leaf debris mostly).
    - Work will take place in the following county in West Virginia: Jefferson
    - Period of Performance is 63 days after notice to proceed is issued.
    - The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
    - Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140G0125Q0017 will close August 13, 2025, at 10:00 am pacific standard time.
    - A site visit will be held on August 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. For site visit information please refer to FAR Clauses 52.236-27 and 52.236-27A*1.
