The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) requires drill supplies of bentonite grout, mud, sand, and high-swelling sodium bentonite time-release pellets to include transportation, off-loading, and delivery to the drill site in Newport, VA in accordance with the attached technical specifications and requirements, provisions, and clauses. Please submit a firm, fixed price quote and a technical description of the product(s)/service(s) being offered in sufficient detail, including product literature, references, and any other necessary documents. Along with your quote, please also provide the following: 1. Signed, standard form (SF) 18 2. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number 3. Place of manufacture for each type of supply item 4. Estimated delivery date Quotations shall only be accepted by email to jongjoco@usgs.gov no later than June 12, 2025 at 1200 hours Eastern. Hardcopy shall not be accepted nor considered.
