The Contractor shall furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation thereof, and performing all operations required to make repairs to the vessel as specified herein. Work includes sandblasting the entire vessel exterior hull below the main deck, repairing rusted and/or damaged metal on the hull, prepping and painting the vessel hull as outlined in these specifications. In addition, work includes replacement of ceilings throughout the barge, replacing tile flooring and wall coverings, installing new lockers, removal and pressure testing of keel coolers, and inspect ballast tanks to document their condition.
