The purpose of Amendment 004 is to:

1. Update the Attachment 1 Pricing; Sheet Rev 3 dated 5 Feb 2026.  Clarification wording has been added to the Mark Up Rate Line Item Row and the number of lay days has been corrected back to a quantity of 5.

Update the no later than date for submittal of Attachment 7 - Non-Disclosure Agreement to 16 Jan 2026.
