The purpose of this RFI is to gain information on current industry practices that would meet DTRA’s requirements, ascertain the level of interest in this requirement, assess market conditions, and supplement market research for this requirement. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations nor does the Government promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, DTRA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
