DYESS FITNESS CENTER BLEACHER REPLACEMENT

7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, has a requirement to purchase and install bleachers at the base fitness center. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items necessary to demolish, remove and dispose, install and replace four (4) banks of bleachers in the gymnasium in accordance with the statement of work, any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, commercial standards and business practices. 

Please refer to the RFQ and attached SOW for more detailed information.  Photos of existing bleachers are in Attachment 5.

E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)
2. The contractor shall provide a technical approach with their quote (see attached SOW for more details)

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 must be included in your offer.

Deadline for receipt of offers:  14 August 2025, 10:00 AM (CST). All quotes can be emailed to cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
