This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to both the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The reference number is N00189-25-Q-Z007. The proposed contract action is for commercial SERVICES as outlined in the below CLIN. The proposed acquisition is to acquire venue and space for the upcoming IFLEX and AFLEX training FY.25 - which are solely available from Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC (CAGE: 39JV6), IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). As previously stated, the required services have been determined to be only available from a single source, Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC. Interested persons may submit a capability statement by the specified response date. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes from any source other than Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC (CAGE: 39JV6). However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
