EASTERN DIVIDE NNIS HERBICIDE TREATMENT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12443926Q0071 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for NNIS Herbicide Treatments within the boundaries of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests, Eastern Divide Ranger District in Botetourt and Craig counties, VA & Monroe County, WV. This treatment area consists of mature and immature timber stands as well as nearby wildlife openings.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310.  The small business size standard is $11.5 M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes shall be submitted via email to christopher.j.hamilton@usda.gov and are due no later than May 26, 2026, at 2359 PM, Central Time. Emails should contain the following attachments: Attachment B, Schedule of Items, and Attachment G, Experience Questionnaire.
