Velour texture will be used for Crimson and Garnet and heritage texture will be used for Napa Valley. This is for the firm-fixed price construction contract for the F-35 3-Bay Hangar, Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, AR. Manufacturer and product names are identified solely to provide a basis for the color of the respective finishes. Establishing the brick color and texture will provide base and campus wide consistency. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00AM Central Daylight Time on 3 June 2025 to brian.j.welch@usace.army.mil and Jon.A.Larvick@usace.army.mil.
