EBBING IDS INSTALLED IN LAMS FACILITIES

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base Oklahoma requires Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS) source and install in LAMS facilities at Ebbing Field, Arkansas. 

The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to make award to ADVANTOR (CAGE: 1S063), due to only one source being capable of providing service and/or preventative maintenance within the closed stand-alone system. The proprietary nature of this software/equipment limits any other contractor from upgrading this system. 

The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.  

Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.  

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a single source procurement. 

Capability statements are due on 25 Sept 2025 by 1:00 PM CST. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to cody.nash.1@us.af.mil and derek.metzger@us.af.mil. Capability statements and supporting documentation provided after the due date listed above will not be reviewed.
