EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Amendment 0002 is provided to update the following:

1. Add CLINs 0005 (Dahlgren) and 0006 (WFC TBD) to Base year.
2. Add new Option CLIN for Dahlgren to each of the four Option Years.
3. Correct RFQ closing date from 31 July 2026 to 3 August 2026.  
4. Incorporates Rev 01 of the  Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice, attached hereto.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the SOW and provide answer to the following industry question.

As a result, SOW Section 9 is revised:

To: The Government has determined that this procurement is exempt from Accessibility Standards (36 C.F.R. Part 1194, Appendix A).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.

Answer 1:

Services were previously provided under Contract N6426721P6009; awarded 9/3/2021 to MIT.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) educational services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. See combined synopsis and solicitation notice, attached, for details.
