Clearing, excavating, grading and associated operations related to the construction of airfield pavements, roads, streets, railroads and culverts complete. Contractor shall be capable of placing at least 1,500 Tons of Airfield Pavement per day during runway milling and overlay construction. Construction of curb return widenings, new construction of bituminous concrete ramp-downs, crack repair in bituminous concrete pavement, new construction of concrete foundation walls and footings.
