drawings, specifications, a construction Statement of Work (SOW), a submittal register, an
estimate of probable construction cost, and a Design Analysis. The A/E shall also conduct
site investigations, review as-built drawings, hold design review meetings with Government
stakeholders, and ensure all designs conform with DoD Building Code (UFC-1-200-01) and
all associated Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
