The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section, National Acquisition Programs Unit is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the FBI El Paso (EP) Division, for the installation of a cinder block wall at the EP Firing Range. Requirements are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13.

Size Standard: $15.0M

Period of Performance: Installation will occur within 45 days from date of award acceptance, and will be coordinated with the Local Point of Contact (LPC) listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Any delays in installation shall be immediately made known to the Contracting Officer (CO).

All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI in SAM.gov. Only vendors located in the United States will be considered. There will be a single award based upon the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and only quotes from small businesses will be considered. Please ensure prevailing wages are applied to the quote based on the attached standard area wide wage determination document.
