One-day on-site training (5-6 hours) at the Consulate compound for up to 8 participants, covering the correct and safe use of the equipment. Training must include certification DC3 (Mexico) or equivalent U.S. certification. Delivery: For Mexican vendors: Delivery to the US Consulate in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. For U.S. or other international vendors: Delivery to Brownsville, TX, USA. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resulting contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates. All companies must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to the award, pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy. Proposals, along with the technical data sheet and proof of registration in SAM, must be submitted to the Hermosillo Procurement Team at hermogsocontracts@state.gov no later than June 13, 2025.
