    This solicitation specification covers the electrical installation in connection of an elevator project at a USG-owned building. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following:

    • Installation of the elevator power supply
    • Lighting including the associated control system for the vestibule
    • Electric heating for the vestibule and elevator shaft, including control system
    • Disassembly and removal of existing electrical installations next to the two windows (alarm contacts) that will be converted into elevator doors.
    • Reinstallation of the alarm contacts at the 2 vestibule access doors

    • Workshop drawings and assembly planning of the above-mentioned installations and components
