    Please see Attaachment 1 Statement of Work for further detailed description of services. This work is for the United States Department of Agriculture - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Bridger Plant Materials Center (PMC), located at 98 South River Rd., Bridger, MT 59014-9718. The work is to run three-phase power from the main distribution panel to a subpanel, to power an existing outlet for charging a forklift and to install a new connection for the new walk-in seed cooler. The Contractor shall: Install conduit on the exterior of the building from the main distribution panel (MDP) unit to the interior wall behind the walk-in cooler, an approximate distance of 65 feet (from the 100amp panel to the disconnect of the cooler is a total of 25 feet). The exterior wall is tin with insulation and osb/plywood; interior walls are tin with insulation. Install a 100amp three-phase service feed from the MDP to a new 100amp three-phase panel located next to the existing electric forklift receptacle. Conduit raceway will be metal EMT and Wire conductors will be copper THHN. Remove the forklift breaker from the outdoor MDP and install a new 100amp Three Phase breaker in place. Re-feed the forklift disconnect out of the new 100amp sub panel to the existing forklift receptable, installing new solid conduit, wiring, and receptacle if required. Subpanel is 3 feet from the forklift. Provide for electrical wiring of the Walk-in Cooler. Install a surface mount conduit from the new Three Phase sub panel to the Walk-in Cooler area. Install a service disconnect switch for the Walk-in Cooler. Wire from the service disconnect to the already pre-wired control panel located on the Walk-in Cooler. Note: Start up and testing of the Walk-in Cooler to be done by a separate HVAC Contractor provided by the owner. Dispose or recycle all materials removed from the site. Clean all spaces associated with the work. Timely completion of deliverables is essential to a successful outcome. All work must be completed within 30 calendar days of the contract being awarded. All the materials and work required and performed by the contractors must be warrantied for one year from the date of completion of the project.
