ELECTRONIC ACCESS SYSTEM SERVER INSTALLATION/DATABASE MIGRATION

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation:

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA4484-25-Q0067 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified
Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective June 11, 2025. It is the contractors’
responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.

This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a small business
standard size of $34 Million.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made
under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this
solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation,
the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Procurement Description:
The 87 Medical Group has identified a new requirement for an upgrade to their Lenel security door server
and an installation service to be utilized at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ. The
requirement specifically calls for an upgrade to their existing server and the migration of old data onto the
new system, while maintaining strict compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and security
protocols.

The requested supplies and installation service will be delivered to 3458 NEELY RD MC GUIRE AFB, NJ
08641-5013. The requested supplies and installation service specifications must be in accordance with the
attached Statement of Work (SOW) and salient characteristics.
