ELECTRONIC COMMON TECHNICAL DOCUMENT (ECTD) SOFTWARE LICENSE, MAINTENANCE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES, AND TRAINING FOR ECTD PUBLISHING AND REVIEWING SOFTWARE PRODUCTS AND MODULES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT942726RE0050001. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 are incorporated. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Enterprise Information Technology (eIT) Project Management Office (eIT PMO). This requirement is for Electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) Software License, Maintenance, Technical Support Services, and Training for eCTD Publishing and Reviewing Software Products and Modules.
