The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the closing date to August 19, 2025 and REVISE Atch B - Amendment QnA 00001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is RFP-25-PHX-17. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR). Commercial Terms and Conditions as issued in FAR and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR). The Offerer(s) must provide a quote on an all-or-none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Questions will be taken until 15 AUGUST 2025.
