ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD SYSTEM, 1 YEAR BASE PERIOD PLUS 4 OPTION YEARS

NASA Headquarters (HQ) has a requirement for: Electronic Health Record System, 1 Year Base Period plus 4 Option Years.

NASA IT Procurement Office (ITPO) intends to issue a sole source contract to CORITY SOFTWARE INC. 250 Bloor ST E 9TH FL, Toronto, On, M4W 1E6, Canada under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).  It has been determined that CORITY SOFTWARE INC. is the sole provider of this requirement.

The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to lance.s.neumaster@nasa.gov and terri.c.ratcliff@nasa.gov not later than 12:00 PM CT on August 12, 2025.  Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.  A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
