Contractor will provide certified personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the repairs and upgrades as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation questions are due prior to 9:00 A.M.
