    Description

    The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX is requesting information and conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing on-demand emergency aeromedical evacuation services. Specifically, the contractor shall provide 24/7/365 availability of a fixed-wing, multi-engine pressurized aircraft capable of transporting one (1) litter patient and one (1) non-medical attendant from Bucholz Army Airfield (PKWA), Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands to a medical facility in Oahu, Hawaii.

    The anticipated periods of performance are as follows:

    Base Year: 01 MAY 2026 – 30 APR 2027

    1st Option Year: 01 MAY 2027 – 30 APR 2028

    2nd Option Year: 01 MAY 2028 – 30 APR 2029

    3rd Option Year01 MAY 2029 – 30 APR 2030

    4th Option Year: 01 MAY 2030 – 30 APR 2031

    MRCO-W is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as part of market research to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors that are capable of satisfying the requirement, and whether a small business set-aside is appropriate. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

    This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of MRCO-W's market research. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are NOT quotes on which MRCO-W can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ.

    All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

    Responses to the Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. MRCO-W will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.
