The purpose of Amendment 0003 to Solicitation Number 70CDCR25R00000005 is as follows:

1. Upload revised RFP Sections B-M with both tracked changes in Word and a pdf version. The update is to provide clarification under Section L that offerors may submit their experience as a prime contractor, subcontractor and/or as a teaming member.

2. Upload revised SF-33 with correction to the proposal due date of 2:00pm EDT, Monday, April 7, 2025
3. Upload revised RFP Sections B-M with both tracked changes in Word and a pdf version.
4. Upload Attachment 05 – Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) sample
5. Upload Attachment 12 – FY24 Field Offices

The purpose of amendment 0001 of Solicitation Number 70CDCR25R00000005 is as follows:
1. Extend the proposal submission deadline to 2:00pm EDT Monday, April 7, 2025
2. Upload a revised SF-33; removed CO signature and removed CLINs. The CLIN
structure/alignment with the Objectives is added as Section B.5.
3. Upload both tracked changes in Word and clean pdf versions of the revised Sections B-M
document
4. Upload revised Attachment 15 - Pricing Schedule
5. Advise that answers to questions are forthcoming in the next amendment

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is establishing this emergency detention and related services strategic sourcing vehicle to bring an additional allotment of detention beds online nationwide in compliance with the President's Declaration of a National Emergency at the Southern Border of the United States and related Executive Orders.
