The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a call against BPA 12639524A0042 for National Incident Management System-based MAC/ICS Training, Training Development, and Document Support which to be used on an as-needed basis:
The purpose of the contract associated with this statement of work (SOW) is to develop or modify and deliver virtual ICS courses, traditional classroom ICS courses, APHIS-MAC Group and APHIS-MAC Support Staff training, develop APHIS specific exercises, and provide administrative support, as needed, to provide targeted APHIS personnel with a sound understanding of APHIS responsibilities under the NIMS and how to successfully manage actual incidents or events. The training material shall include APHIS and/or Agricultural scenarios within its content. This content shall include but is not limited to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High- Yield Explosives, and Foreign Animal and Plant Disease. All training addressed by this SOW will be conducted in either a virtual or traditional classroom setting. Courses originating from FEMA course materials and delivered by the contractor under this contract will result in a participant certification of completion from USDA APHIS. APHIS will provide an editable, digital copy of course material to the contractor upon award.
This BPA was competitively solicited on SAM.gov under solicitation 12639524Q0256. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to further compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A party may identify their interest and submit a capability statement by September 30, 2025.
