NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Area intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract on a sole source basis to ONSOLVE Send Word Now, for the Bemidji Area Office in Bemidji MN. The anticipated period of performance will be for a base plus 4 option years. The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) - only one source reasonably available. ONSOLVE is the current vendor for the Bemidji Area and their system contains the Bemidji Area staff contact information, including Service Units and OEHE Offices totaling 1,300 contacts and approximately 6,500 contact points and internal knowledge of the existing software. The time and resources necessary to set up in a new system would be detrimental to the program. The estimated cost to transfer the information would exceed the annual subscription cost.
